Homeland Security Department, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement | Notice | The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is announcing Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 inflationary adjustments for two of the immigration enforcement-related fees established by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (HR-1). HR-1 requires that DHS annually adjust certain immigration enforcement-related fees for inflation. The adjusted fee amounts for FY 2027 for aliens ordered removed in absentia who are subsequently arrested and inadmissible aliens apprehended between ports of entry are $5,300. On October 16, 2026, DHS will begin assessing and collecting these new amounts.

Transportation Department, Federal Aviation Administration | Rule | The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for certain The Boeing Company Model 787-8 and 787-9 airplanes. This AD was prompted by a report of the lack of data to substantiate engine operability when an airplane is dispatched under a certain master minimum equipment list (MMEL) item. This AD prohibits dispatching an airplane under the operational procedures of the operator's minimum equipment list item corresponding to a certain MMEL item. The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.

Transportation Department, Federal Aviation Administration | Rule | Based on safety concerns and a review that revealed widespread non-compliance with the exemptions, the FAA is announcing its decision to cease issuing exemptions that allow certain Cessna aircraft that require two pilots to operate as a single-pilot operation, and notifying current exemption holders that their exemptions will be rescinded by separate action. This notice also serves to inform pilots who obtained single-pilot endorsements from training providers that held exemptions that they must cease single-pilot operations in aircraft that require two pilots under the regulations as they have no relief from the regulation.

The DHA R&D is an STRL composed of medical research organizations that were formerly components of the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC), a successor to the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command (USAMRMC). The DHA R&D will adopt the PDP plan of the USAMRDC at the Federal Register issue of March 3, 1998, with some modifications.
