The special controls that apply to the device type are identified in this order and will be part of the codified language for classification of the medial knee implanted shock absorber. We are taking this action because we have determined that classifying the device into class II will provide a reasonable assurance of safety and effectiveness of the device. We believe this action will also enhance patients' access to beneficial innovative devices, in part by reducing regulatory burdens.

Annual management measures include fishing periods and fishing period limits. This action is intended to conserve Pacific halibut, while providing fishing opportunity to achieve the Regulatory Area 2A allocation set by the IPHC.

Transportation Department | Rule | By this rule, the U.S. Department of Transportation amends its regulations implementing Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 ("Title VI") to eliminate disparate-impact liability. These amendments align the Department's regulations with Title VI's original public meaning, avoid constitutional concerns, reduce compliance costs, and serve the public interest. In addition, these revisions implement changes directed in Executive Order 14281. These revisions also align with changes made by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to its Title VI Regulations at 28 CFR part 42, effective December 10, 2025.
