National Credit Union Administration | Rule | The NCUA Board is adopting an interim final rule to clarify federal credit unions' (FCUs) power to charge non-interest charges and fees includes the power to assess, collect, impose, levy, receive, reserve, take, or otherwise obtain non-interest charges and fees, including interchange fees from credit and debit card operations. Further, the interim final rule explains that FCUs may charge non- interest charges or fees, even when such charges and fees are set by or in consultation with third parties. This proposed AD was prompted by a report of cracks in the fuselage skin lap splice at the upper fastener row between certain stations at certain stringers. This proposed AD would require performing repetitive external surface high frequency eddy current (HFEC) inspections of the upper fastener row of the fuselage skin lap splice for any crack and applicable on-condition actions. NMFS announces an inseason action for the Pacific halibut recreational fishery in the International Pacific Halibut Commission's (IPHC) regulatory Area 2A.
